Spuk operates as a non-custodial software interface. We provide the tools for privacy, but the responsibility for compliant usage rests with the user.

Non-Custodial Nature​

At no point does Spuk take custody of user funds.

  • Swaps: Executed via atomic smart contracts.
  • Perpetuals: Funds are deposited into decentralized vaults.
  • Privacy Engine: Operations are automated by immutable code.

Data Minimization Policy​

We adhere to a strict "No-Logs" policy.

  1. IP Addresses: Not logged.
  2. Wallet Associations: Ephemeral (held only in RAM during the session).
  3. Chat History: Stored locally in browser localStorage.
  4. Analytics: We use a deterministic, client-side analytics engine that does not rely on cookies or trackers.

Terms of Service​

By using Spuk, you agree that:

  • You are not a citizen of a restricted jurisdiction (e.g., OFAC sanctioned countries).
  • You will not use the platform for money laundering or financing terrorism.
  • You understand the risks associated with smart contract interactions.
